How we deliver into Jordan

EIE has service coverage in Jordan and no local base, and the delivery model is built around that.

Remote engineering from Jeddah. Design, dial plan and network build, configuration, diagnostics and staged changes are carried out by the Saudi engineering team over a connection to the customer’s system.

Equipment supply. Equipment is quoted and sourced in Saudi Arabia and is normally shipped by road through the Saudi–Jordanian land border, by air into Amman, or by sea into Aqaba, with import formalities handled by the customer’s freight forwarder and customs broker. Equipment supply is confirmed at quotation and is subject to the vendor’s export and re-export rules for the destination, restricted-party and end-use screening, customs documentation, and carrier and route availability at the time of shipment.

Engineers travel to Jordan for on-site phases. Surveys, installation, migration, cutover and commissioning are done by engineers who fly in for the phase, alongside the customer’s contractors; the short Jeddah–Amman flight keeps that practical.

Support after handover. Faults, moves and changes, software currency and parts continue once the system is live, with coverage, escalation and on-site attendance governed by each customer’s service agreement.
